Important Information – Please Read Before Your Booking

To ensure a smooth and safe moving experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines and terms of service:

⁠Protecting Your Belongings and Property

We highly recommend that all items are properly protected with bubble wrap and shrink wrap. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for any marks, scratches, or damage to items that have not been appropriately wrapped.

Furniture Dismantling

For your safety and ours, furniture that is not dismantled prior to the move is moved at the owner's risk. We will not be liable for any damages to undismantled items. Any items which require dismantling for ease of access , will only be reassembled at our discretion.

Property Protection

While we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for any marks, scratches, or damage to walls, paintwork, door frames, or similar areas of your property during the move.

TVs and Fragile Items

TVs must be in their original packaging and additionally bubble wrapped and shrink wrapped. We are not liable for any damage otherwise.
Please ensure all fragile and glass items are clearly labeled to help us handle them with extra care.

Stairs and Heavy Lifting

There is an additional charge of £12 per flight of stairs for any individual item over 30kg and for any move that requires the use of stairs

Itemised List Requirement

•⁠ ⁠An itemised list of all items to be removed is required prior to the job.
•⁠ ⁠Any items not included on the provided list will be taken only at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

Payments

•⁠ ⁠Full payment is required upon arrival.
•⁠ ⁠For hourly jobs, payment must be made by the 3rd hour. If payment is not received, all work will be paused, and we reserve the right to retain items in our possession until payment is made in full.

Waste Disposal

All pricing is provisional and subject to change unless a waste evaluation has been conducted in person.
⁠Prices are determined based on several factors, including the weight, size, cleanliness of the waste, accessibility of the site, and disposal costs.
Any additional waste added after photos have been submitted or after an in-person evaluation will be accepted at our discretion and will result in an increased charge.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
